Label Printing Problem

Hi everyone,

As many of may have notice that there was not On-Shelf Hold report yesterday at 4:30, or any other reports after 3:45 pm for that matter. A label report was kicked off yesterday around 3:30 or so with no selection in it. Which means that the report runs for a very long time, to be exact until 3 am. If you notice that you are not getting any labels to print and the report just won’t finish in ten minutes or so, please call TdS and we will call SIRSI to stop the report.

For those of you that use Web Reporter, this also means that the Extract never ran, it should run tonight again. It also means that some of our overnight processes did not run and or error out. We should be good to go for night and indexing should be able to fix itself. However, if you get and error while searching about a “locked record” please give us a call.
