System reminder

Good morning everyone,

Just a friendly reminder that the OPAC and Symphony will not be available, due to the re-build of the database, starting on Saturday, July 30^th, at 5:30 pm. I hope to be up and running again late afternoon, early evening on Sunday July 31^st.

I am also asking everyone on Saturday not to run any extra reports on Saturday. I am running several large load reports which will take up a lot of time. The regular scheduled reports, like on the on-shelf hold report will “pop” up in-between the load reports.

Thank you everyone for your cooperation, I am so glad that we only do this once a year.
